New belay device CLICK UP

Presented for the first time to public view during the international fair dedicated to the OutDoor's held in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

Thanks to the simplicity of use, the light weight and the practical advantages of employ, this small technological jewel 100% MADE IN ITALY has been extensively reviewed by the most qualified European magazines as one of the most important novelties of the OutDoor 2009.

This small tool, so innovative and ingenious, marks a new era in the vast world of belay devices, and according to many expert climbers visiting our stand, it is intended to establish itself in the world of sport climbing.

The Click Up operates without the need to act on levers and moving parts. The rope comes in and is blocked simply by a common HMS karabiner fixed to the Belayer's harness.

Watching the demonstration that we held at our stand, you can immediately perceive how simple is the way of use and how little effort you need to apply for giving and taking in the rope.

For locking a fall you only need the slight tension on the free end of the rope played by the Belayer's hand, the karabiner goes up along the inner guide, locking the rope autonomously.

For lowering, the game is even easier: a slight pressure on the ClickUp and the rope runs at the speed that we want!
