Climbing Technology™ products are designed and manufactured to guarantee the highest possible safety level. We have got a modern test laboratory. The key element is the fall tower, which reproduces as faithfully as possible the products use's conditions. Every year, in our laboratory, we do more than 160.000 breaking test, that is to say 1 every 6 minutes. Our connector's gates are subjected to opening and cloasure fatigue test, equal to 100.000 cycles. Even during every production steps, every product is subjected to several test and checkings, as per the ISO 9001 quality procedure. In addition to the tests required by this procedure, our products are subjected to some other tests related to different requirements stated by Climbing Technology™. At the end of the production process, we do the individual strenght test as well as the marking, which guarantee the tracability of every single personal protective equipment.
OUR CHECKINGS
During every production process, Climbing Technology™ realizes continuous quality checkings. This operation allows us to find in real time any problems, to improve our processes and to reduce discard's percentages, that uptoday are near to zero. This kind of method allows a continuous monitoring of our PPE and it confirms the attention that our company has in regard to the user and his safety.p>

Our company is ISO 9001 certified since 1996.
This certification recognizes the effectiveness of an organisaton that can grant the quality of its own products. The whole company process is involved, from design to marketing to after-sales service.

The EC marking on Climbing Technology™ products guarantee the observance of fundamental European Directives for safety, health and environment subject.
WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Climbing Technology™ products have got an international warranty of 3 years.
Climbing Technology™ assures the replacement of its own products in case of material or manufacturing defects. This warranty is no longer valid in case of tampering, modification or alteration of the product. A non-mantainance and an use for different aim, from the oned indicated in the assembled user instructions, implies the warranty's loss.
